I would like to recommend Dosch Design website:  http://www.doschdesign.com/e_start/  to be added to the Links|Textures page.  They have an enormous amount of 3d models and tilable textures. Also textures for camera shots that are straight down. Check out http://www.doschdesign.com/products/vizimages/Birds_Eye_Trees.html  They also have Birds eye people and small plants.
