Does it mean that DVSP 4.0 will not be supporting 64bit version of 3ds Max 2009/2010 (not 3ds Max Design)  ??

This is where more confusion comes in regarding the direction of the two packages.  However based on Autodesk comments that both programs use the same core, I would be surprised (and dismayed) if it didn’t.

Indeed I can confirm both applications will be fully supported in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. You’ll see us only mention 3ds Max Design in a lot of our literature, but that’s only because the majority of our users are on 3ds Max Design, rather than Max.
