What are Service Packs?
A service pack (SP) is a collection of updates, fixes and/or enhancements to a software program delivered in the form of a single installable package. Service packs may contain updates for product reliability, compatibility, and even new functionality.
Service packs from 3am Solutions are cumulative, which means that they always include the contents of any predecessor service pack made available for the same major product release. For more information about what a particular service pack contains, click the appropriate link below.
Installation
IMPORTANT: Please note that your product Serial Number and CD Key will be requested during the installation of these service packs. Your Serial Number and CD Key is displayed on the rear of your original product packaging.
Licensing
IMPORTANT: A licence file update may be required after the installation of certain service packs.
Updated license files for new software releases are available on request to any user holding an active and valid annual software maintenance contract from 3am Solutions. If you are in any doubt as to the current status of your software maintenance contract, please contact us for further details.
To request a new product licence file, please generate a new license request file from the 3am Solutions Licence Configuration Tool and send your request file by e-mail to support@3am-solutions.com.
